and databases.
With information gathered from expertise consultants and
executives, today's CIGAM features make Business Managing
both an easy and a thorough task to accomplish on the fly,
providing managerial and decision making resources, this
way offering more efficiency, competitiveness and cost reduction
to the company.
CIGAM's conception was made thinking of Integration, Flexibility
and Modularity, thus allowing easy customization to any
kind of business and, further, to ensure it could be easily
upgraded step by step on the site of the corporation, preserving
its initial investment.

| Financial Management |
|
| It provides a full follow-up
and financial control of the company. It checks out assets and
liabilities. It controls checking accounts, cash flow, accounts
receivable, accounts payable, fills in and prints checks, multi-level
commissions control and various methods of collecting. It allows
to retrieve information such as income and expenses by accounts
and by cost centers, compare results between periods of time,
cost appraisal, revenue and paid variations, cash flow statement,
not to mention many other features only needed in a complex
scenario occurring in other countries. It prints out accounts
receivable, accounts payable, bank statement, bank daily balance,
cash flow, revenue, financial positions and auxiliary book keeping
of clients and suppliers, commissions and commissions balances'
control by revenue and received, financial and managerial flow,
to mention a few. |

| Financial Planning |

| This module allows to input
financial estimates (budget) in order to make reports comparing
Estimates X Achieved at any period and currency. Upon this database
it is generated a Data Warehouse which allows diverse queries
upon the data base such as client and suppliers behavior changes,
account mean overdue, payables and receivables and many other
features required in some Latin American countries. |

| Inventory Management |
| |
| It allows to control from raw
materials through finished products. It is designed as multi-level
cost centers, various storing centers and an hierarchical code,
making it possible to search and to filter in many ways. It
further allows to monitor status and physical position of purchasing
orders by parts. A wide variety of reports are available. |

| Invoice |
| |
| This module manages invoices
and orders, allows partial or whole consolidation of orders,
keeps track of items by either clients or products, auto-generates
purchase orders and is able to assign multiple commissions.
The orders, invoices and drafts forms' layout can be user configured.
It also handles several procedures on the invoices, makes it
possible to integrate branches of a pool of companies (partnerships)
either in online or batch modes, and several kinds of control
reports, invoice maps and tax reports. |

| Purchase |
| |
| This module is in charge of
enlisting and keeping track of purchase orders and entry invoices.
It allows retrieving and consolidating purchase orders and following
up balances by items and suppliers, to check purchase and tax
totals by supplier in a given period of time. It prints purchase
orders and many control reports regarding purchase matters. |

| Record-Keeping and
Taxes |
| |
| This module is designed so
as to comply with all the requirements of federal and state
IRS or equivalent regulations. It can be easily modified in
order to meet requirements of any other country's regulations
concerning taxes, including, but not limited to, annual reports. |

| Product Composition/Costs |
| |
| This module is connected to
the others so as to make possible multi-level compositions,
cost price updates, to check out, on an online or batch basis,
the production and sales of each product, the inventory of raw
materials available to production or sale. Besides, it feeds
the Purchase Module backed up on the need of production and
sales as well. |

| PPC Programming and
Production Control |
| |
| This module is to input data
about the process engeneering of the products, including raw
materials, resources, processes, by-products, setup, design
and other technical specifications, as well as numbering, colors
and production details. It makes possible planning, programming,
controlling production and costs, reducing inventories and the
amount of processes, production simulation, checking out for
bottlenecks and automating purchasing and invoicing processes.
It also may print out a production map and stubs with bar code,
as well as a map of needs and resources allocation. |

| Sales |
| |
| In order to manage and monitor
sales and telemarketing, this module allows to input data and
profiles of sales contacts and automatic printed quotes as well.
It is also available to make queries through a Data Warehouse
backed up on the sales and invoices, such as sales, invoice
by product, client, sales person, region, offers and product
X client forecasts. All these information provide data to estimate
the income according to product type, offers, client, marketing
and so on. It also manages sales book by sales representatives,
either corporate or person. |

| Accounting |
| |
| This module makes the management
of accounting transactions flexible and powerful, offering the
most current, integrated, precise and fast accouting methods.
Such methods involve fiscal and managerial controls, with the
option of several different accounts, functioning as a centralized
and summarized repository of all accounting transactions within
the CIGAM system. Consequently, there is a reduction on the
manual input, allowing recursive queries, optimizing all the
operational process. With the concept of the multiple accounting
scenarios, the figures can be in different currencies, and each
scenario can have a different accounting cycle, allowing the
extraction of values, by scenarios, in a distinct or consolidated
manner. The module even includes the resources of financial
accounts and business unities with a flexible code structure,
allowing all different forms of posting, and automatic bank
reconciliation. All these CIGAM modules, together with others
not described here, are wholly integrated in such a way that
every entry in a given module may make part of all the others,
according to the needs of the company. It can be assigned
means to pro rate entries to several cost centers, and all
reports can be directed to either the monitor or the printer
and in any currency. It even allows the user to create his/her
own reports, graphics and queries (filters) in an easy and
smoth way. It has, among others features, utilities for safe
backup and a calculator. |
